Qualifications and Requirements
Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Experience: Previous experience in customer support or related roles is preferred.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, especially when handling challenging customers.
Comfortable using computers and familiarity with standard office software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.
