About the Job We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, ensuring seamless operations across departments. Responsibilities Enter data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy and speed. Review and verify data for completeness and correctness. Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data. Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows. Perform regular backups to prevent data loss. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role. Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets, and database systems. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
