Ensure data platforms are efficient, scalable, and secure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data engineering to continually improve and innovate our data platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with data platforms in a timely manner.
Monitor and optimize data platforms for performance and cost efficiency.
Develop and maintain data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, processing, and storage.
Work closely with data analysts and data scientists to ensure data platforms meet their needs and support their analyses.
Keep accurate documentation of data platforms and processes.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential issues.
Mentor and train junior data engineers on best practices and company standards.
Fluent in Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking team members and stakeholders.
