Data Engineer – Content Finance
Job Description:
• Design, build, and own scalable, resilient data pipelines and data products
• Power the core of Content Finance planning and systems
• Answer questions regarding content budgets for upcoming forecasting seasons
• Define modern data engineering practices
• Establish strong data foundations and data modeling
• Influence how GenAI is leveraged in the data engineering ecosystem
• Shape decision-making on funding and content business growth
Requirements:
• Proficient in at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, Python)
• Comfortable working with SQL
• Strong data modeling skills
• Experience with distributed data processing, software engineering of data services, or data modeling and data warehousing
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Flink
• Strong data intuition and attention to detail
• Passion for data quality, reliability, and correctness
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
