Data Center Compliance & Accreditation Lead
You should be based within driving distance of Abilene Texas (as you will be going there from time to time)
A large Technology Integrator have recently sold certification & accreditation turnkey for a hyperscale campus in Texas.
The role: Responsible for establishing, governing, and maintaining regulatory and industry compliance across hyperscale data center environments.
Key responsbilities:
ā¢ Compliance Framework Management (update control framework, map technical controls, define & maintain control baselines)
ā¢ Accreditation & Audit Oversite (primary liaison with external auditors, coordinate & manage audits, track and remediate audit findings)
ā¢ Compliance Program Management (establish & operate compliance workstream)
ā¢ Data Center & Site Engagement (conduct on-site assessments, validate controls implementation & identify gaps in control implementation)
ā¢ Policy & Documentation Management (develop & maintain policies, standards & procedures, ensure documentation is audit ready)
Qualifications
ā¢ Experience implementing or managing compliance programs aligned to SOC 2, NIST, HIPAA, or similar frameworks from design to baseline to certification.
ā¢ Experience coordinating external audits and working with third-party assessors.
ā¢ Strong understanding of control frameworks, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
ā¢ Ability to build and manage complex, multi-site compliance programs.
ā¢ Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or equivalent a plus.
Knowledge of hyper-scale data center operations, including physical security, networking, and infrastructure services a plus
