Data Capture Clerk

Responsibilities:
β’ Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
β’ Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
β’ Organize and manage physical and digital documents to facilitate data retrieval.
β’ Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms.
β’ Generate reports and summaries based on captured data as required.
β’ Assist in the development and implementation of data capture processes and best practices.
β’ Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
β’ Respond to inquiries about data and provide support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data management or related fields is a plus.
β’ Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably in a similar industry.
β’ Proficient in using data entry software, spreadsheets, and databases (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).
β’ Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy.
β’ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
β’ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
β’ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
