Responsibilities • Architect Scalable Solutions: Translate business needs and enterprise guidelines into robust data and solution architectures. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, architects, engineers, and analysts to deliver high-quality projects. • Lead Integration & Governance: Manage enterprise integrations and support data governance processes. • Hands-On Technical Leadership: Provide guidance to data engineers and develop proof-of-concepts. • Drive Lifecycle & Roadmap: Oversee technology roadmap and support Agile planning. • Maintain Expertise & Innovation: Stay current on data trends and contribute to architectural discussions. • Safety First: Demonstrate commitment to safety culture. Requirements • 10+ years of experience in Database Administration. • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server technologies. • In-depth experience designing information systems in a cloud environment, preferably Microsoft Azure. • Proactive self-starter with a strong learning mindset. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. • Exceptional time-management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Experience with data modeling, DBAmp for Salesforce integration, and modern platforms such as Collibra and Databricks.
