Key Responsibilities
• Carefully label and annotate large volumes of English-language data according to detailed project guidelines.
• Review and validate annotations to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to defined standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve ambiguities and improve annotation quality.
• Provide insightful feedback on annotation guidelines to drive continuous process optimization.
• Maintain high productivity while meeting or exceeding quality benchmarks and project deadlines.
• Document issues, escalate potential inconsistencies, and proactively communicate status updates to the team.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on evolving annotation protocols and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Be able to commit 40 hours a week for this position.
• Proven experience in data annotation, data labeling, or a related field.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate results.
• Strong organizational and time management skills in a remote work environment.
• Proficiency with annotation platforms, productivity tools, and digital communication channels.
• Ability to work independently and follow complex instructions.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on AI/ML data annotation projects.
• Background in linguistics, data science, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with agile workflows and cross-functional, distributed teams.
