Role Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data & Operations Analyst to support data management, compliance, and product operations. This role involves coordinating applications for new data sets and APIs, maintaining compliance for existing API sources, and assisting the product team on feature releases and user research. Key Responsibilities: Work with brokerages and Multiple Listing Services to gain programmatic access to real estate data across the United StatesMonitor and manage compliance requirements related to data usage, privacy, and regulationsDevelop systems and processes to maintain detailed records and track statuses for various projects and compliance activitiesSupport the broader operations team on projects and tasks to ensure timely delivery of new features and data setsSupport QA and feature testing for new software features Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, or a related fieldMinimum 2+ years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably within a technology startup or data-centric environmentExceptional organizational skills with high attention to detailProficiency with standard office software (Excel, Google Workspace, project management tools, etc.)Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in data compliance, regulatory processes, or similar administrative roles is highly beneficialInterest in AI-driven software or real estate technology preferred Why Courted.io: Be part of a passionate, driven team shaping the future of real estate technologyOpportunity for significant impact at an early-stage, rapidly scaling companyWork in a collaborative, supportive environment committed to innovation and professional growthCompensation:Salary: $50 - $80K depending on experienceBenefits: Courted offers competitive health insurance benefits and a generous PTO package Apply tot his job
