The Opportunity:
As a Data & Analytics Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Medicaid Coordination of Advantages group. You'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of critical payer data and contributing to the team's success through data analysis. This is a full-time, remote position with an 8-hour workday.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Medicaid COB data to ensure accuracy and identify trends.
Utilize QNXT and SQL Server Management Studio for data extraction and manipulation.
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Work autonomously and take initiative.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Proven analytical and technical abilities.
Experience with Medicaid COB data.
Proficiency in QNXT and SQL Server Management Studio.
Excellent autonomous thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-3 years of claims processing experience.
High School Certificate/G.E.D.
Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is competitive and based on factors such as experience, education, and location.
