Data Analyst with Accounting Focus
A company is looking for a Data Analyst 3 to provide support to the Corporate Accounting organization, focusing on monthly accounting close activities and systems support.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Support monthly accounting close activities, including validating intercompany transactions and resolving discrepancies
ā¢ Assist the GL Maintenance team with general ledger maintenance, data governance, and UAT support for accounting systems
ā¢ Collaborate with accounting partners and IT teams to ensure smooth accounting processes and thorough testing of system changes
Required Qualifications
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in Accounting Close Execution
ā¢ 3-5+ years of proficiency in SAP Finance or Accounting Systems
ā¢ 2-4+ years of experience in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for accounting and finance systems
ā¢ Hands-on experience with ERP changes and finance system testing
ā¢ Ability to document issues and collaborate with engineering or IT teams for defect resolution
