Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Tesla, working remotely on a full-time basis. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in serving the needs of the Semi program by translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities:
Develop compelling, concise, and clear reports and visualizations to inform stakeholders, leadership, and Semi clients that can be transformed into actionable insights.
Support data engineering requests to extract and evaluate data from vehicles to facilitate trend analysis, part trials, and service opportunities.
Create automated reports on fleet performance and safety.
Collaborate with data engineering teams to establish data pipelines and ensure data integrity.
Write clean, tested code that can be maintained and extended by other analysts.
Provide data insights to the business development team and contribute to client-facing materials.
Analyze time-series data from vehicle logs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Proficient in Python and SQL.
Self-motivated, quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills in a rapidly changing data landscape.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
Experience with time-series data, such as CAN, is a plus.
Proven ability to derive insights and conclusions from large, complex datasets.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
