About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and solution-oriented Data Analyst (Support Analyst) with 5+ years of experience in data analysis and at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and JIRA. This role focuses on analysing customer support data and omnichannel engagement metrics to identify actionable insights that drive operational excellence and strategic business decisions.
You will play a critical role in influencing business transformation projects by leveraging data across systems, processes, and tools. The ideal candidate understands CRM ecosystems, customer support analytics, process re-engineering, and data visualization best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Analysis & Reporting
• Interpret complex datasets and analyse results using statistical techniques.

4. Business Transformation & Consulting

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2+ years of professional experience using JIRA.
