General Description:
We are looking for a Data Analyst with Search Engine Optimization experience.
Must be able to clearly communicate in English with both team members and clients.
To be successful you need:
3 years experience related to Data Analysis, Reporting and/or Business Intelligence
Working close with the Development team to better pull data, review, generate new search criteria, compare results, test, tweak data models and search result configurations, and repeat until a new design or concept can be applied for the Product Manager to generate new tickets.
Design and implement improvements to search engine algorithms
Perform A/B testing and evaluate the impact of changes
Collaborate with data scientists to apply machine learning techniques to search
Analyze user queries and search logs to identify improvement opportunities
Proficient with SQL and spreadsheets
Strong working experience with Google Analytics or Amazon Search or similar systems to improve Search Engine Optimization
Experience with Tableau; proficient in Python or R
Very comfortable with Statistics
Background using Elastic Search, BI, search engine, contextual search and business analysis
Experience working with data pipelines and ETL processes is preferred
Experience with machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn) is a PLUS.
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including experience with identifying and defining problems/issues and executing analytical approaches to addressing a wide range of strategic questions
If you have experience working with a globally distributed, cross functional teams, that is a PLUS
Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment
