Our team is looking for a Data Analyst! We need a team player and problem solver who can deliver data to the Sales group based on internal requests placed through Insightly (CRM). This person should be comfortable manipulating data (Excel, SQL, R), identify and clarify incomplete requests, lead small size projects to improve the data (Jira), present in front of a person or a group. Duties: • Support, Execute, and deliver custom data solutions through efficient data analysis delivered on a strict schedule. • Build expectations around turnaround times to sales team prior to starting each project. • Maintain regular communication regarding delays in projects. • Guide inside sales efforts through close collaboration with AEs, BDMs, Enterprise, and Marketing teams. • In collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams, generate interesting and useful data insights for reports and press releases. • Properly document project efforts and history through using a combination of CRM reporting, Jira, and other tools. • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the following product areas: • Asset & Risk Intelligence Taxonomy. • Asset & Risk Intelligence Values Products. • Asset Intelligence Specifications Product. • Resale & Auction Market Data. • Communicate internally and externally in a professional manner. Technical Qualifications: • Strong knowledge of R. Write and maintain R code. • Strong proficiency in Excel. It’s expected that you can use Excel to take raw data outputs and format them into a clean, easy to look at final product. • Working proficiency in SQL and PostgreSql. • Jira • Data Visualization Platforms (Power BI, Data Studio, Tableau, Quicksight, etc.): Familiarity with at least one platform required, and proficiency preferred. • Familiarity with CRMs preferred. The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $55,000/year - $60,000/year.
