Position: PowerBI Data Analyst / Excel Location 2-3 days ONSITE in Quincy, MA Duration: 6+ Months Only W2 Consultants Key Responsibilities • Process and analyze category data to draw meaningful conclusions and highlight anomalies. • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and views for margin governance and category performance. • Provide structured analytics to empower decision-making for category managers. • Assist in promotional target setting and performance tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications • Technical Skills: • Advanced Excel proficiency (including complex functions). • Power BI experience (required for at least one role; preferred for both). • Experience: • Prior business experience (not entry-level; no strict years of experience requirement). • Core Competencies: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and engage with multiple stakeholders. • Proactive mindset comfortable seeking feedback and driving discussions.
