We're on the lookout for a seasoned Data Analyst to enhance our Data Services team. Your role will be pivotal in collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to create custom dashboards, ensuring compliance with federal reporting standards, and managing data with integrity and precision. This role calls for a genuine passion for data, a meticulous eye for detail, and a commitment to making a meaningful difference.
Key Responsibilities
Support and Collaboration: Offer guidance and support across teams to ensure the seamless execution of reporting and data integration projects.
Data Migration and Management: Lead data migration initiatives, ensuring accurate integration into our systems, and demonstrate proficiency in database management and data security.
Design and Analysis: Develop custom dashboards tailored to customer needs and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making processes.
Learning and Development: Continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in data analysis and reporting tools through self-directed learning and community engagement.
Communication: Act as a liaison, facilitating effective communication between teams and partners, ensuring clarity in data collection and reporting requirements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable and effective in a fully remote work environment.
Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
Experience in social services or HMIS, with a strong understanding of homelessness data.
Adept in database management, ETL tools, and data visualization technologies like Looker and Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to engage positively with both internal and external partners.
Qualifications
A college degree in information systems, computer science, mathematics, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field is preferred.
At least 1 year of experience with Homeless Management Information Systems (HMIS) and HMIS custom reporting environments, preferably using Looker.
