Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in analyzing data to support business decision-making. This role requires a proactive individual who can work with large datasets, derive actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Job Responsibilities Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs. Conduct data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Provide ad-hoc analysis to support business operations and strategy. Document data analysis processes and methodologies for future reference. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner. Assist in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance. Monitor data quality and integrity, identifying and resolving any issues. Requirements Candidate Required Skills Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. At Least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data query languages. Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Experience with data cleaning and preprocessing techniques. Understanding of database management and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
