Proven ability to work with complex data sets and translate business needs into technical requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Familiarity with data governance concepts and canonical data modeling is a plus. Experience with data tools and platforms commonly used in IDC or similar environments is preferred. Desired Skills: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
