Data Analyst Mid to Senior

As a data analyst mid or senior on the Commercial Lines Product Monitoring team, you'll develop and maintain Python code that creates monitors that assist in ensuring that our production environment is working as intended. In this role, you'll conduct research and present insightful findings around the intricacies of Progressive's Commercial Auto product monitoring controls. You'll monitor report outputs and conduct other ad-hoc analyses to help identify and prioritize risks. Additionally, you'll drive impactful business decisions by conducting data driven reporting.

Must-have qualifications
? A minimum of four years of analytical work experience
? {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience
? {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience
? {OR} Successful completion of Progressive's Analyst Boot Camp and Progressive's Internal Analyst Trainee program and a minimum one year analytical work experience
? This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.
Preferred skills
? Experience with data manipulation using Python and/or SQL, SAS, Tableau, or PowerBI
? Proven ability to collaborate effectively with platform customers
? Demonstrated critical thinking skills with the ability to draw conclusions and recommend solutions, while being able to explain complex analytical concepts to a non-technical audience
Compensation
? $65,500 - $105,600/year depending on position level and experience
? Gainshare incentive up to 24 to 30% (depending on level) of your eligible earnings based on company performance
