Data Analyst (Hybrid in Portland, OR or Des Moines, IA)
About the position
In the role of Data Analyst at Concentrix Catalyst, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to transforming customer experience through innovative solutions. This position is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) in either Des Moines, IA or Portland, OR. As a Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in financial data structures and reporting to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making for our clients in the energy and utilities sector. You will work closely with various stakeholders, utilizing your consulting mindset to understand and address their needs effectively. Your responsibilities will include leading data discovery sessions, gathering business requirements, and utilizing data analysis tools to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of financial data structures, as well as familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as FERC and GAAP. Your role will also involve using data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and impactful manner, ensuring that the insights you provide can be easily understood and acted upon by clients.
