About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Data Analyst. In this fully remote position, you'll work closely with our Team Lead and analysts to ensure data accuracy, clean data, and prepare it for transfer to Salesforce. Your exceptional analytical, technical, and teamwork skills will be essential in driving success. Key Responsibilities: Extract, clean, and validate data from existing systems to ensure accuracy and consistency. Develop workflows to prepare data for migration to Salesforce, collaborating with the team. Analyze datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. Create reports and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with team members to develop insights that inform organizational goals. Prioritize tasks, meet project deadlines, and provide regular progress updates. Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to optimize data processes. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in data analytics or a related role (entry-level candidates with strong skills encouraged to apply). Experience with data cleaning and preparation (strongly preferred). Proficiency in SQL and/or other data manipulation languages. Strong knowledge of Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
