• Create status and summary reports for account representatives and clients
• Work overtime as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6 months of customer service or call center experience
• Demonstrated analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and adhere to established timelines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
