Data Analyst

Crew is a company that helps clients deliver change through IT project delivery and operational efficiency efforts. They are seeking a Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to mobile app engagement, while also creating business intelligence dashboards and collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret data related to mobile app engagement, member behavior, and feature performanceBuild and maintain dashboards and reports using enterprise BI platforms such as Domo and Adobe AnalyticsTrack key performance metrics and help identify opportunities for mobile product optimizationWork closely with mobile product managers, digital marketing, and engineering teams to understand business goals and analytics needsParticipate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional meetings as part of an agile analytics teamSupport data validation and accuracy checks to ensure analytics outputs are trusted and consistentContribute to documentation of dashboards, KPIs, and analytic definitions for transparency and reuseProactively identify ways to improve reporting processes and analytic efficiencyLearn from senior analysts and contribute ideas to improve analytics maturitySkillsBachelor's Degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field1–4 years of experience in analytics, BI, or data visualization (mobile analytics experience preferred)Working knowledge of BI tools such as Domo, Adobe Analytics, Snowflake, or equivalent platformsHands-on experience with SQL for data analysisStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience with mobile product analytics, including engagement or retention metricsFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)Ability to translate data into clear visual stories that support decision-makingCuriosity and enthusiasm for learning new business areas and technologiesExperience supporting or contributing to analytics projects within a large organizationBenefitsComprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision)Disability and group term life insuranceHealth and flexible spending accountsUtilization bonus401(k) with matchFlexible time off for salaried employeesParental leave for salaried employeesFlexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements)Company OverviewFounded in tandem with Turnberry Solutions, Crew serves as an innovative talent development program for both Turnberry and our clients by focusing exclusively on high-performing early-career consultants.
