Data Analyst
We are looking for professionally driven Data Assistant/Analyst who has background with data science and particularly Power BI/visualizations experience to support our team. Salary: 6- 7 USD per hr. Shift: PH Graveyard shift Location: Anywhere in PH Job Responsibilities Data Administration (30%) - Monitor overnight POS reports and confirm successful execution. - Run reports manually and trigger data pipelines when scheduled jobs fail or require intervention. - Create and maintain a master customer table with daily updates to key attributes. - Assist the VP of Analytics and Data Engineer in maintaining and documenting data pipelines. Data Operations Support (30%) - Assist in documenting data flows, pipeline dependencies, and exception-handling processes. - Log and track recurring issues, escalating to engineering when deeper troubleshooting is required. - Support ad hoc data pulls and reconciliations as requested by the analytics team. BI Quality Assurance (20%) - Perform QA on Power BI dashboards and datasets to confirm accuracy of data and business logic. - Create and maintain a daily “data health” report that tracks record counts and flags anomalies in critical tables. - Partner with business stakeholders to validate BI outputs against operational data. Process Improvement & Automation (20%) - Identify manual processes that can be streamlined or automated over time. - Suggest improvements to monitoring, alerting, and documentation practices. - Work with the engineering team to transition recurring manual tasks into automated workflows where possible.
