Join the team and create the future of customer experience together.Data AnalystAs a Data Analyst on the Enterprise Data & Analytics team at Genesys, you’ll play a vital role in transforming data into meaningful insights that support strategic and operational decisions across the organization. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally with business units such as product, finance, customer success, and marketing, while developing your analytical and data visualization skills in a dynamic, cloud-native environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data queries and reports.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, ensuring accuracy and visual clarity.Analyze enterprise data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.Support sprint activities including planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in an agile scrum team setting.Perform ad-hoc analyses and contribute to recurring reporting efforts.Collaborate with data engineers and data product owners to support data pipeline development and quality assurance.Document analytical processes, datasets, and key metrics for knowledge sharing and continuity.Learn and apply best practices in data governance, data modeling, and visualization standards.Qualifications2–5 years of experience in data analytics or a related role.Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data science, computer science, statistics, business, or a related field.Proficiency in SQL and experience with a scripting language such as Python is preferred.Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.Understanding of data structures, data quality, and basic statistical methods.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented environment.Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, agile framework.English proficiency is requiredPreferredMaster’s degree in data analytics, computer science, statistics, business, or a related field.Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.Experience working in a technology company or SaaS environment is beneficial.If a Genesys employee referred you, please use the link they sent you to apply.About Genesys:Genesys® empowers more than 8,000 organizations worldwide to create the best customer and employee experiences.
