This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, can connect the dots between data and strategy, and wants to grow in an analytical and highly collaborative environment.Key Responsibilities & RequirementsTranslate business requirements into functional, insightful dashboardsDevelop and maintain clear, effective data visualizations using BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or DomoWrite, debug, and optimize SQL queries to extract data from structured databasesIdentify data inconsistencies and provide solutions that improve visualization accuracy and user experienceCollaborate with business stakeholders to define key metrics (KPIs) that drive better decision-makingContinuously monitor and improve existing dashboards and visual interfacesEnsure data quality by understanding database structures and how they relate to front-end reportingCommunicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesQualifications:2 - 4+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of building impactful dashboards and visualizationsProficiency in at least one BI tool (Looker preferred; Tableau or Domo also considered)Solid SQL skills — able to write, debug, and optimize queriesExperience with LookML and knowledge of dashboard performance best practices is a strong plusStrong understanding of database structures and experience working with tools like BigQueryAbility to translate complex business logic into actionable metrics and visual storiesProactive mindset with a focus on identifying improvements in usability, KPIs, and user experienceFluent English communication skills (written & spoken), with the ability to convey insights clearly to stakeholdersDetail-oriented, independent, and comfortable owning analytics projects end-to-endJoin Our TeamBe part of a collaborative and innovative environment where your analytical skills and insights will directly influence business success.
