You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field. Skilled in quantitative research and statistical modeling for delivering insights. Proficient in complex SQL queries and stored procedures with attention to detail. Experienced in Client Relationship Management and multitasking in fast-paced environments. 4-5 years' hands-on experience in Report Development and Data Analysis. Experience working with Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Familiarity with GitHub and Visual Studios SSIS/SSRS for code management and reporting. Proficient in Python for data manipulation, with knowledge of PowerBI/Qlik. Expertise in entire quantitative research process and statistical methods. Ability to communicate data-driven stories effectively and achieve business outcomes. Understanding of software development best practices and cloud technologies. Excellent communication skills in English are required to work effectively with our US-based clients. You will be accountable for the following responsibilities: Understand business requirements, determine relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and prepare visualization reports. Gathering data from various sources like databases, APIs, files, and streams, and ensuring its integration into a suitable format for analysis. Preparing the data for analysis by addressing inconsistencies, errors, and missing values to ensure its quality and reliability. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights. Implementing and maintaining data governance policies and security measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulations. Employing statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze data, identify patterns, trends, and insights, and develop predictive models for forecasting.
