Position Summary:
The Data Acquisition Specialist, Level III is the primary contact with government agencies and facilitates acquiring the information for our cutting-edge software delivered in a SaaS model.

What you’ll do:
• Communicate through email, telephone, fax, and US postal mail with government agencies.
• Perform account management and log all activity in the company CRM system.
• Understand and work within the public records laws.
• Must be able to research possible solutions to record request restrictions.
• Submit public records requests to government agencies.
• Manage various states, including a proxy state.
• Review data files and evaluate for usability, quality, and content, and send them to be processed.
• Promote SmartProcure to government agencies to build brand recognition.
• Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.

What you’ll need:
• A high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience with CRM Account Management.
• 3-5 years of experience with data entry and analysis.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, and or Google Suites preferred.
• Excellent work ethic; willing to take on multiple tasks.
• Must have computer navigation skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Professional written and verbal skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to apply learned solutions to everyday problems.
• Ability to provide guidance and support to other team members.
