Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone to Danish -speaking clients. Quickly and effectively address and resolve customer queries and concerns. Guide customers through our gaming services to enhance their overall experience. Collaborate with your team to maintain exceptional service levels. Record and track customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to support service improvements. Participate in training initiatives to enhance your skills and product knowledge. Requirements Fluency in Danish and proficient in English; additional languages are an asset. Previous experience in customer support or similar roles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain composure in a busy environment. Experience with CRM tools and customer service platforms is a plus. Willingness to relocate to Malta and immerse yourself in a new culture. A true passion for gaming and knowledge of the iGaming industry are highly valued.
