THE MISSION: DIGITAL CONCIERGE & TECHNICAL STRATEGIST
As a Brand Ambassador, you represent the zenith of automotive innovation. Your objective is to deliver bespoke, premium solutions that mirror the uncompromising quality of the vehicles themselves.
Bespoke Client Relations: Serve as the dedicated liaison for Danish clientele regarding advanced vehicle features, high-tech systems, and personalized service requirements.
Technical Consultancy: Guide owners through sophisticated digital environments, including infotainment ecosystems, EV charging infrastructure, and remote software synchronization.
Global Mobility Solutions: Coordinate roadside assistance and high-priority interventions with clinical precision to ensure the client's journey remains uninterrupted.
Refined Communication: Orchestrate interactions via Voice, Email, and Chat using a sophisticated, professional Danish linguistic style.
CRM Stewardship: Maintain meticulous data integrity to foster and sustain lifelong relationships between the brand and its most valued patrons.
