Dairy Technical Manager
Overview
Adisseo is a global leader in animal nutrition solutions. We are seeking a Dairy Technical Manager to deliver science-based technical excellence that drives customer performance, product adoption, and commercial impact across North America.
Responsibilities
Provide advanced dairy nutrition expertise to consultants, solving herd challenges
Translate data from field & university settings, and nutrition concepts into clear, value‑driven recommendations that support sales opportunities
Lead and support field trials, converting results into customer‑relevant evidence
Act as a technical thought leader for Adisseo in the dairy industry through customer meetings, training, and industry events
Partner closely with Sales, Technical Marketing, and R&D to ensure consistent execution of approved positioning and claims
Qualifications
PhD (preferred), DVM, or MS in Dairy/Animal Nutrition or Animal Science
5+ years experience in dairy nutrition, feed additives, or commercial dairy production systems
Strong knowledge of ration formulation, herd performance drivers, and applied nutrition
Proven ability to influence without authority in a matrix, customer‑facing environment
Excellent communication skills and willingness to travel (~50%)
