Perform inventory and analysis of municipal websites, identify CMS platforms, vulnerabilities, and recommend secure configurations or migrations. Assess and improve email security, including secure configuration, phishing protection, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) implementation. Identify cybersecurity risks and provide remediation recommendations and implementation support. Assist municipalities with security control implementation, including authentication, access management, and system hardening. Evaluate and improve security monitoring, logging, and threat detection capabilities. Provide cybersecurity policy guidance, best practices, and risk reduction recommendations for municipalities. Prepare and deliver assessment reports, implementation documentation, and project status updates throughout the engagement.
