Cybersecurity Business Analyst

This is a remote position based in Mexico. This role will get to work alongside our Cybersecurity professionals within a globally recognized and respected security company.We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Program Management Office (PMO) and work to support the various cybersecurity teams on projects and initiatives. This role will also be interacting with internal customers from multiple departments within the company and as well as potentially vendors and consultants. A successful candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, establish priorities and own deliverables end to end. This individual must be able to work proactively with minimal instruction and oversight, and able to manage delivery of high quality outputs in a dynamic work environmentWhat Will I Be Doing:Work with the PMO manager to coordinate day to day activities across several cybersecurity programs and initiatives (i.e. exercises, knowledge management, lessons learned, training, communications, and metrics).Support departmental needs for ad-hoc reporting and presentations, including management presentations.Assist cybersecurity team members with the development of communications for the company to include email, slack posts, lunch and learn presentations etc.Perform light project management duties in conjunction with cybersecurity project managers.Assist with cybersecurity metrics gathering and production/presentation.Interact with all levels of company employees throughout project coordination, including senior management.What Skills Do I Need:Comfortable with the concepts of Individual, Impact, Innovation, and Integrity (The SailPoint 4 I’s)Willing to embrace new challenges and be a positive contributor to an already positive work culture and environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detail and an ability to take on multiple tasks across different programs at the same timeExcellent communication skills (verbal and written, especially PowerPoint).You are a self-starter with the ability to overcome obstacles and deliver consistent results.Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.Preferred Skills:Previous experience in Cybersecurity or IT related fieldsFamiliarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office SuiteBenefits and Perks for Mexico based employees:SailPoint is committed to providing our Crew Members with a benefits program that is both comprehensive and competitive.
