Responsibilities
? Perform, document, and assist in planning work activities related to small projects or process improvements.

? Enhance, maintain, or support existing IT products and processes to meet defined service level agreements.

? Analyze requirements, design, build, and test IT software solutions for projects and sub-projects.

? Maintain engagement with business and IT partners.

? Assist less experienced personnel in their development.

? Drive innovation by analyzing trends and issues to create new business opportunities.

? Provide on-call support after normal business hours.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

? 0 to 2 years related experience for Entry Level or 2 to 5 years for Mid-Level.

? Ability to solve problems using procedures and guidelines.

? Strong communication skills, able to convey technical information in non-technical terms.

? Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.

? Basic understanding of Server and Workstation Operating Systems (Windows / Linux).

? Basic understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols.

? Basic understanding of cyber security practices and strategies.
