Cyber SDC - Endpoint Security Program Manager - Senior - Location OPEN
About the position
We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Endpoint Security Program Manager to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple endpoint security initiatives. This role requires strong project management expertise, deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, and the ability to work across technical and business teams to deliver structured, high-quality outcomes.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Manage multiple endpoint-related projects concurrently, including tool implementations, upgrades, and integration efforts.
ā¢ Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and governance documentation.
ā¢ Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
ā¢ Lead collaboration across cybersecurity, desktop engineering, infrastructure, and vendor partners.
ā¢ Facilitate status meetings, provide clear communication to stakeholders, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
ā¢ Identify and communicate project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
ā¢ Support continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending enhancements.
ā¢ Maintain standardized reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with organizational frameworks and security standards.
Requirements
ā¢ U.S. Citizenship required.
ā¢ Seven (7) + years' experience managing cybersecurity or enterprise technology projects.
ā¢ Three (3) + years leading application security or cybersecurity automation initiatives.
ā¢ Familiarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., Endpoint Detection & Response [EDR], application control, encryption, device hygiene).
ā¢ Demonstrated experience deploying IT and and/or Cybersecurity projects and tools in a cybersecurity role in a utility or utility related field.
ā¢ Comprehensive knowledge with stakeholder management across architecture, engineering, and risk functions
ā¢ Proven ability to manage multiple large and complex concurrent initiatives across varied technical domains.
ā¢ History of achievement with leadership and team management, risk management, change management, process improvement and tracking to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
ā¢ Comfortable leading in ambiguous or evolving project environments.
Nice-to-haves
ā¢ Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Science, Mechanical Engineering, or other technical / engineering fields.
ā¢ Cybersecurity industry recognized certifications (CISSP and CISM). Project management certifications (PMP or other industry recognized certification).
