Cyber Infrastructure Engineer

They are seeking a Cybersecurity Infrastructure Engineer to deploy, integrate, and optimize their technology for clients, ensuring industry-leading cyber security protection. Responsibilities Ensure Darktrace is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards Assist customers with deploying Darktrace technology within network, cloud, OT, and email environments Lead and become a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning Complete deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs) Integrate new systems into existing network architecture Efficiently manage customer support tickets to assist with technical issues Proactively engage with customers to help maintain a healthy deployment Maintain and enhance communication between all go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations Skills A technical educational background or have experience working as a Network, Cloud, OT or SOC Engineer (or similar role) Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cyber security principles, and the OSI reference model Entry level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model Foundational level knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks Experience in implementing Darktrace sensors and software modules into various environments (including cloud, email, and OT) Experience with Darktrace deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning (custom routes, firewall integrations, email) Benefits 100% medical, dental and vision insurance, plus dependents Paid parental leave Pet insurance Discount Life insurance Commuter benefits 401(k) Employee Assistance Program Company Overview Darktrace is an AI company that uses cybersecurity solutions to identify, prevent, and eliminate insider threats.
