Key Responsibilities



  • Provide administrative support to various CVS Health teams

  • Manage emails, schedules, and data entry tasks

  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, or chat

  • Organize digital files and documents

  • Handle appointment scheduling and follow-ups

  • Perform basic research and compile information as needed

  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company data

  • Complete other administrative duties as assigned





Skills & Qualifications


Required:




  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Google Suite

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


Preferred (but not required):




  • Previous administrative, customer service, or data entry experience

  • Familiarity with virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams)

  • Strong typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
