Key Responsibilities:


Manage and organize schedules for executives and team members


Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments

Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed


Maintain and organize virtual filing systems and databases


Assist with customer inquiries and support requests


Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the team



Qualifications:


High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)


Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


Strong written and verbal communication skills


Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively


Familiarity with office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
