7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate online job postings and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date
2. Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
3. Communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
4. Assist with the development of recruitment strategies
5. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
6. Provide feedback to candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
7. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
