Job Description:
As a Remote Pharmacy Support Associate at CVS, you will assist patients, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals with prescription-related inquiries, order processing, insurance verification, and digital support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of pharmacy services to patients across the U.S.
You will interact with customers via phone, email, or digital platforms, ensuring accurate, compassionate, and HIPAA-compliant communication.
Requirements:
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
High school diploma or equivalent required
Typing proficiency and computer literacy
Strong organizational and communication skills
Quiet work-from-home setup with high-speed internet
Prior healthcare, pharmacy, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities:
Assist with online prescription orders, refills, and insurance updates
Verify prescription details and input accurate patient data
Respond to inquiries from customers or healthcare providers
Coordinate with pharmacists for issue resolution
Maintain compliance with all privacy and regulatory standards
Document interactions and follow up as needed
