Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating empathy and care, and resolving potential issues. Deliver a warm and friendly greeting, maintain customer engagement, and offer assistance with finding products. Accurately perform cashier duties, including handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, processing inventory, and updating pricing information. Support opening and closing store activities, as needed. Provide customer care across all departments, including pharmacy and beauty. Assist pharmacy staff, as required, and participate in opportunities for growth and career development. Promote and uphold new CVS services and loyalty programs that support our mission of helping people on their path to better health.
