Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products, services, and policies. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, chats, or emails from customers.

Assist members with inquiries regarding prescriptions, benefits, billing, and account information.

Document all interactions in the internal systems accurately and thoroughly.
• *

De-escalate issues, offer resolutions, and follow up on unresolved matters.
• *

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service issues or concerns.
• *

Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and CVS Health procedures.
• *

Promote a customer-centric culture by treating each individual with empathy and patience.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• *

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
• *

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• *

Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• *

Basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
• *

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• *

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Experience
• *

Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or call center role, preferably in healthcare or pharmacy settings.
• *

Experience using CRM tools and multitasking between systems is a plus.

Familiarity with healthcare terminology or insurance practices is advantageous.
• Working Hours
• *

Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• *

Shifts available Monday through Sunday, with flexible scheduling including morning, evening, and weekend availability.

Overtime may be required during high-volume periods.
