What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to internal and external customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via chat, email, or phone
Manage client incidents and requests through to resolution
Provide first-line diagnostic and troubleshooting support as well as technical expertise to answer customers' questions
Drive customer adoption and support ad-hoc training
Prepare FAQs, upgrade notes, articles in Knowledge Base, and document support related to processes and activities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Exceptional phone and listening skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using customer support tools and technology
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in a customer support role or similar field
Familiarity with technical troubleshooting and diagnostics
Experience in preparing documentation and training materials
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
