Provide guidance on products, services, policies, and processes. Continuously seek feedback and contribute to improving customer service procedures and tools. Stay updated on product and service offerings to deliver accurate and effective support. Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Proficient in using computer systems, CRM tools, and multi-channel communication platforms. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others. Experience No prior experience required— freshers are welcome! Previous customer service, call center, or remote support experience is a plus. Training will be provided for all selected candidates. Working Hours Full-time and part-time shifts available. Flexible scheduling options, including evening, night, and weekend shifts. Candidates must be available for a minimum of 30 hours per week. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic technical knowledge of online platforms and applications. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and procedures.
