**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
* Providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding our products and services, ensuring customers have a seamless experience.
* Assisting customers with account management, order processing, and troubleshooting, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
