Adhere to Chewy's policies and procedures while striving to meet performance goals.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required (some college education preferred).
Prior customer service experience (phone, email, chat).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
A passion for pets and delivering high-quality service.
Must be comfortable working remotely with access to a reliable internet connection.
