• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues, addressing customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and feedback in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer concerns and improve customer experience.
• Adhere to Chewy's policies and procedures while striving to meet performance goals.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required (some college education preferred).
• Prior customer service experience (phone, email, chat).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A passion for pets and delivering high-quality service.
• Must be comfortable working remotely with access to a reliable internet connection.
