You will also provide information on our products and services, making sure our customers are informed and satisfied. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
– Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.
– Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
– Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
Requirements:
– Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations.
– Comfortable using computers and mobile devices.
– Knowledge of Amazon’s products and services would be a plus.
– High school diploma; additional training in Customer Service will be a plus.
Experience:
While having prior customer service experience will be beneficial, it is not a strict requirement. We value a can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly more than previous job titles.
