Customer Support Specialist

They are currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist who will act as the main point of contact for customers, managing issues related to orders, returns, and customer inquiries. Responsibilities Provide quality service to customers Expedite and work to fill back-orders as well as orders placed at lead time Respond to inventory inquiries and support inside Sales Successfully interchange product, process and manage purchase orders Support our customers by successfully answering live chats on DOL (Distributor-On-Line) Support our customers by successfully answering calls in the IAM CR queue Submit credit/debit requests and return bearing authorizations (RBA’s) Investigate and close payment disputes (PD’s) Submit and close WHD’s (warehouse discrepancies) Skills One to five years in related experience; or five to eight years of related experience or some equivalent combination Demonstrated proficiency with the ability to engage and diffuse dissatisfied customers Professionally represent the customer when interacting with other departments The ability to work independently and as a member of the team Comprehensive product knowledge with a firm understanding of where to go to find solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task Previous experience with ERP System Intermediate Excel and Word Skills Bachelor's Degree preferably in business JD Edwards experience is a plus Benefits Choice of medical plans Dental Vision Life and disability insurance A cash matching 401(k) Plan Separate company contribution to your 401(k)-retirement account Paid vacation Additional paid time off during the major holiday season Eligibility for tuition reimbursement Company Overview With quality brand names such as NTN, Bower, BCA and SNR, we manufacture and supply the most comprehensive range of bearings, constant velocity joints, and other precision industrial and automotive equipment to meet a variety of applications, across a variety of industries within the United States.
