We at Coforge have an urgent need for a Retention Specialist for a long term assignment in Augusta, GA. Start date is May 5th. This is an ONSITE role. ā¢ Negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers.
ā¢ Working with customers patiently, tactfully, and efficiently
ā¢ Accurately informing customers of various fees and adjustments.
ā¢ Providing options to the customer based on product and service needs.
ā¢ Active listening skills
ā¢ Ability to follow tactical call flows to optimize the customer experience.
