You'll engage with users across email, chat, and phone to answer questions, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate concerns as needed. By proactively managing support tickets and collaborating with teams like Engineering and Product, you'll help drive timely resolutions. Your role also includes gathering customer feedback, maintaining help documentation, and advocating for user needs.
